I’m Johanna —

My background is in architecture, which means I come to every project thinking about the plan before I think about the aesthetic. I figure out what's not working, and what it would actually take to fix it, functionally, spatially, and for the long term.

I work with families who are ready to invest in getting it right. Not just for how their home looks today, but for how it performs over the next decade of real life inside it.

Once we have that foundation, we dig into the fun part: figuring out your style, your priorities, and how to translate all of it into a space that feels completely personal.
